About Our Curriculum
All classrooms use curriculum written by Frog Street, which is based on brain development research and provides comprehenisive, integrated, thematic activities in all domains. Our classrooms balance intentional instruction with child-directored play.
Our 18-month class is thoughtfully designed to support toddlers as they take their first steps toward independence in a safe, nurturing environment. At this age, children are curious explorers, developing language, motor skills, and social awareness at a rapid pace.
Through hands-on play, music, movement, sensory activities, and simple routines, our teachers encourage. The classroom focuses on building early communication skills, fostering social interaction, and promoting confidence through guided exploration.

Our Twos class is designed to nurture growing independence while building a strong foundation for early learning and literacy. At this exciting stage, children are expanding their language, social skills, and curiosity about the world around them.
A key component of our program is Zoo-Phonics®, a research-based method developed to help children become strong readers and spellers. Zoo-Phonics uses a multi-sensory, whole-brain approach that engages children through:
-
Phono – hearing letter sounds
-
Oral – speaking and repeating sounds
-
Visual – seeing letters and animal characters
-
Kinesthetic – moving their bodies with letter motions
-
Tactile – hands-on learning through touch
By activating all learning pathways, Zoo-Phonics makes letter sounds meaningful, memorable, and fun for young learners.
Through play-based activities, songs, stories, hands-on exploration, and structured routines, our teachers support social development, early literacy, fine and gross motor skills, and emotional growth. Children are encouraged to express themselves, build confidence, and develop a love of learning in a warm, supportive classroom environment.

Our Threes class supports preschoolers as they develop confidence, independence, and a deeper love of learning. At this age, children are building stronger social skills, language abilities, and problem-solving skills while becoming more comfortable in a structured classroom setting.
Our curriculum includes Frog Street, a program based on brain development research that provides comprehensive, integrated, and thematic learning experiences across all developmental domains. Through engaging activities, children grow in language and literacy, math, social-emotional skills, physical development, and creative expression.
Zoo-Phonics® supports early literacy by helping children connect letter sounds with movement, visuals, and hands-on learning in a fun and developmentally appropriate way.
Through play-based exploration, group activities, and consistent routines, our teachers nurture curiosity, cooperation, and self-confidence in a warm and supportive environment.

Our Pre-K class prepares children for a confident and successful transition to kindergarten by building strong academic, social, and emotional foundations. Children are encouraged to think critically, work cooperatively, and develop independence within a structured and supportive classroom environment.
Our program centers on Frog Street, a comprehensive curriculum grounded in brain development research. Frog Street provides integrated, thematic learning experiences across all developmental domains, including early literacy, math, science, social-emotional development, physical development, and creative expression. Lessons are thoughtfully designed to promote problem-solving, language development, self-regulation, and essential school readiness skills.
To strengthen early literacy, we also use Heggerty, a research-based phonological awareness program that builds critical listening and sound skills needed for reading success. Zoo-Phonics® further supports literacy development by reinforcing letter-sound relationships through engaging, multi-sensory activities that include movement, visuals, and hands-on learning.
Through purposeful play, small-group instruction, and consistent routines, our teachers guide children as they build confidence, responsibility, and a lifelong love of learning.
