*4’s Teacher*
Rachel Joy Maupin is excited to bring her enthusiasm and expertise to her role as a 4’s Teacher. With two years of experience teaching social-emotional learning, Bible, and science to students in grades 3 through 11, Rachel is well-prepared to inspire and engage young learners. She holds a degree in Psychology from UNT, with minors in Human Development & Family Sciences, and is certified in Respite Care and Trauma-Informed Parenting.
Born in Grapevine and raised in North Richland Hills, Rachel has strong local roots. She has been married to her husband, Garrett, for 5 years. Garrett works on private jets at Bombardier, and together they share their lives with a lovable silver lab puppy named Posey.
Rachel is thrilled to return to working with younger children, eagerly anticipating arts and crafts, imaginative play, exploring nature, and teaching about Jesus’ love. Outside of the classroom, Rachel and Garrett are active volunteers at their church, where they assist with the youth group and nursery. When not at church or work, Rachel enjoys walking with her husband and spending time with friends.
