Registration Information

What you will need to register your child:

Admission Form – Please complete all the required information.   

 

Registration Fee – This non-refundable fee secures your child’s spot in the program and includes major      classroom supplies, snacks, as well as a GCS spirt shirt.  We will be manually sending invoices through        Brightwheel, our billing app, and ask that invoices be paid within 48 hours.​

 

Immunization Form - The state of Texas requires immunizations for ALL students to be on file by the          first day of school in order to attend class.   Due before the first day of school.

 

Physician’s Health Statement – This form must be signed by a physician and expires one year from the date signed.  Due before the first day of school.

 

**Allergy Action Form – This form must be completed for any student who has a diagnosed allergy.
